After his degree in IT, Klaus Eberhardt worked for the software company sd&m (now integrated into the Capgemini group) for more than ten years – as a developer, project manager and finally member of the management board. The focus was already on big projects for big companies back in the day. His realisation that the waterfall model used at the time was not the right approach to managing ever more complex IT projects eventually lead to him founding his own company. His aim was to take an incremental and iterative approach. This is also the basis of the company name. Klaus is married with two grown-up kids. In his spare time he likes doing sports, in the summer he rides his motorbike and plays the saxophone to relax.
After his degree in mathematics and IT, Mark Goerke gained some of his key experience in the application development at IBM Deutschland and sd&m – as a developer, project and area manager. His main focus was always on solving complex IT problems in the best way possible, technically, technologically and organisationally. Therefore, founding iteratec was a logical step to support customers in the best possible way with his expertise. Apart from his activities within the management board he is still active in various strategic projects as a project manager, strategy advisor and auditor. His biggest hobby are his family and kids and in his spare time he likes to travel and do sports.
Having worked at sd&m and Capgemini, the IT specialist with a diploma took over the management of iteratec’s most northern location in 2009. In 2017 he was the third member to be called to the management board. He is convinced that iteratec has to continuously develop to remain a successful technology company. His aim is to place even more of a focus on innovation and digitalisation and to that way further develop iteratec’s business areas, strengthen its technology expertise and further improve the services on offer for our customers with innovative solutions. His inspiration comes from constructive discussions with the team as well as from nature while running, cycling or sailing.
After completing his university studies in IT with a specialisation in artificial intelligence, Ulrich worked for 23 years in various managing positions for sd&m, Capgemini and T-Systems. His main areas of expertise were software development as well as system integration projects, which he managed mainly for clients from the logistics and transport industry. He is passionate about using IT technologies to change the world for the better and is very happy that customers and partners today are much more open to discussing this than they were during the first 20 years of his career. He likes spending his spare time with family and friends, gaining new knowledge from books, experimenting with new technologies and doing sports.
After his IT degree followed by a PhD, Zoltan Fazekas started working in 1997 as a software engineer. He subsequently worked as a project manager for eBusiness projects, manager of nearshore teams and consultant for company architecture for customers in Germany, Austria and Switzerland as well as the CEE area. In 2006 he joined iteratec and established the location in Vienna. As a father of three, he prefers spending his spare time with his family.
After his IT degree followed by a PhD, Sascha Flick first worked as a senior software engineer, then as an IT consultant and project manager for large companies and financial services providers. Before changing to iteratec, he was in charge of banks in the Rhine-Main area for four years and supported various near or farshore financial services providers with his teams. He has been with iteratec since 2010 and responsible for the Frankfurt location with a focus on logistics and financial services.
After her degree in IT and mathematics followed by a PhD, Wibke Jürgensen worked in different positions at Capgemini, most recently as the manager and business area manager of the customer market segment energy & utility. Her focus as our business area manager in Hamburg is to further develop the market presence and attraction of iteratec in the north of Germany. She places a particular emphasis on developing the individual responsibility and further strengthening of the innovation potential of the excellent iteratec team in order to continue to be able to passionately.
Following the successful conclusion of his university studies in Warsaw and Munich, computer scientist Marcin Pogodzik worked for an international IT company. During his twelve years there, he worked in various different positions, from software developer to senior manager. Marcin Pogodzik then decided he wanted more agility and more of a start-up atmosphere in the workplace and this realisation brought him to iteratec. Since September 2017, he has been successfully building up iteratec's new office in Wroclaw, together with Rafał Dominik. Outside of work, he likes spending time with his family and enjoys playing football with his son and travelling.
Stefan Rauch has been working in the IT industry for more than 20 years. He has always been interested in technologies with high business impact and all kinds of innovation processes. Therefore, he is also one of the driving forces behind iteratec's Innovation Frei-Day and various digitization projects.
As responsible project manager, he has accompanied the transformation of DriveNow from start-up to an internationally established car sharing provider. He is particularly interested in the necessary cultural change and different aspects of leadership. As a married father of three children, he trains his own leadership skills more or less 24 hours a day...
After his IT degree followed by a PhD, Boris Reichel worked for ten years as a software developer and IT architect at various international companies in the areas of government, banking and life-science and was responsible for the development and restructuring of central IT systems. He joined iteratec in 2004 and is now the business area manager responsible for the cooperation with various companies and institutions. As a member of the management board he is particularly active in the areas of digital transformation, connected vehicles, car sharing and mobility services. He likes spending his spare time with his family and friends.
After his IT degree, Heiko Schrader worked for more than 20 years as a software developer, consultant, manager of big projects and in various management positions. He has been area manager at iteratec in Stuttgart since 2011 and has been passionately developing the location which has a focus on the automobile industry as well as leading medium-sized companies. He is a passionate football fan and likes spending his spare time with his family as well as out and about in nature walking, cycling or in his canoe – preferably in calm waters.

Heiko Wilhelm already came in contact with software engineering during his degree in forming technology. This determined his further working career in IT. He has been with iteratec since 2009. For the first three years he was responsible for the consultancy and sale of the EAM tool LUY (formerly iteraplan) and he initiated the business activities of iteratec in Switzerland. As a business area manager he develops the relationship to customers in the energy sector, media and the public sector together with his team. He likes using his spare time to train for marathons.
