As an owner-managed company, we have been free from the influence of third parties since the incorporation of iteratec. This shapes our thoughts and actions and is inevitably part of our corporate culture. To preserve this for the long-term, the two founders and Managing Directors Klaus Eberhardt and Mark Goerke decided on the only logical step in matters of succession: the establishment of a cooperative. In the long-term, iteratec belongs to its employees, the bearers of this unique culture.
