Klaus Eberhardt

Klaus Eberhardt is a founder and Managing Director of iteratec GmbH. Before founding iteratec in 1996, he spent ten years developing ground-breaking software solutions in large-scale projects at the software developer sd&m. As a mastermind of iterative software development, he identified early on the obsolescence of the prevailing waterfall model in view of increasingly complex IT projects, and concentrated instead on agile methods.

Stefan Rauch

Stefan Rauch has been Managing Director of iteratec since 2021. As an expert in digital innovation, he is dedicated to the central challenge of designing environments in which technologies have a high impact on business and open up new growth potential. In addition to technological issues, this particularly concerns aspects such as cultural transformation and the shaping of leadership in the context of complex change projects.

Michael Schulz

Michael Schulz has been Managing Director since 2017. Coming from Capgemini sd&m, he and his team established the iteratec location in Hamburg. Since then, he has been committed to the continuous development of iteratec and its employees - striving to find the best solutions for current problems and future challenges of customers. In doing so, his focus is always on people - regardless of whether it is a matter of expanding the technological competence in the team or strengthening the corporate culture through joint dialogue and daily interaction.

Alexander Youssef

Alexander Youssef has been Managing Director of iteratec since 2022. Alexander holds a degree in business administration and has more than 20 years of experience in the fields of finance and accounting. He has worked in various leading positions within the software and IT industry for companies such as Amazon, Capgemini and Horváth & Partners. As commercial director he expedites the evolution of financial processes and is responsible for the company-wide accounting, project controlling and contractual law.
