The management team consists of Stefan Rauch, Michael Schulz, Alexander Youssef and Tessa Pfattheicher.
Stefan Rauch has been managing director of iteratec GmbH since 2021. As an expert in digital innovation, he is dedicated to the central challenge of creating environments in which technologies have a high business impact and open up new growth potential. In addition to technological issues, this particularly concerns the necessary cultural change and the design of leadership in the context of complex change projects.
Michael Schulz has been managing director since 2017. He came from Capgemini sd&m and, together with his team, established the iteratec location in Hamburg. Since then, he has been passionate about the continuous development of iteratec and its employees – always with the aim of finding the best solution for current problems and future challenges faced by customers. People are always at the center of his focus – whether it's expanding the team's technological expertise or strengthening the corporate culture through joint dialogue and daily actions.
Alexander Youssef has been managing director of iteratec GmbH since 2022. The trained business administrator has more than 20 years of experience in finance and has held various management positions in the software and IT sector, including at Amazon, Capgemini, and Horváth & Partners. As commercial director, he drives the further development of financial processes and is responsible for company-wide accounting, project controlling, and contract law.
Tessa Pfattheicher has been managing director of iteratec GmbH since April 2026. A computer science graduate, she initially joined iteratec as a software developer in 2018, subsequently overseeing numerous transformation projects. Regarded as a leading expert in AI-driven software development, she is also the author of a specialist book on the use of GenAI in software projects. As a bridge-builder between technology and organisation, she heads up the AI Transformation division. In this role, she supports the transformation of iteratec, as well as that of our clients.
