MICHAEL MAIER

Michael Maier is Director for Austria at iteratec and has been driving transformation through innovation, digitalisation and artificial intelligence for over 15 years. He supports companies in setting up digital transformation projects and sustainable innovation initiatives in a structured manner and bringing them successfully to fruition.

His areas of expertise include customer-centred product development, technology-driven transformation, and the development and implementation of structured growth strategies. In particular, he is committed to taking high-performance teams to the next level through the targeted development of digital and AI skills.

His project experience includes a range of AI use cases, large-scale transformation initiatives and end-to-end innovation programmes. Among other things, he was responsible for developing an innovation strategy and reorientation for a railway communications provider, including IoT product development and strategic go-to-market support.
