Our founding idea is still manifested in our name today. With the ambition to develop software technologies iteratively, Klaus Eberhardt and Marke Goerke founded the Gesellschaft für iterative Technologien in 1996. Revolutionary then and in retrospect groundbreaking for agile methods and values used worldwide.
We have been developing individual software systems and digital products that are used by around 10 million people every day since. As experts in software development, we have a unique understanding of future digital technologies, opening up technical and business opportunities for our customers that will make a difference years down the road.

As an owner-managed company, we are free from the influence of third parties. This shapes the way we think and act and is inevitably part of our corporate culture. In order to preserve this in the long term, our founders decided on the only logical step in terms of succession: the gradual handover of the company to the employees. We are all owners and the success of the company is in our hands: This motivates us every day anew to develop ourselves and our customers into digital champions.
